Theressa said the person who helped her was great and provided great customer service. There was a five inch long crack in her windshield that was not there when she took the vehicle in and a broken key. She mentioned it was a stressful back and forth with the business and she had to end up filing an insurance claim to get the windshield fixed. She has received no response from this business regarding the broken key. She would recommend this business for service with a warning to check the vehicle before the service.

regarding this survey there was a crack and chips in the windshield and it did get bigger going through the heated booth and for the key ther is a little piece of the  edge of theblack part of the key which we left a message for the customer that we where going to replace it before she was surveyed but didn't get the message.
