Fatima said she was very satisfied with the way this business communicated with her every step of the repair. She appreciated someone was always there to answer the phone and it was not a machine. She liked that the personnel were always willing to answer her questions. She said the serviceman Dwayne Bryant was patient and concerned about all of her questions.
