Qi said this business did a good job. However, after receiving her vehicle she noticed her remote panel was broken. She mentioned the facility is responsible for the damage due to it being in great condition prior to her repair. Also, there was a 3 day delay in the time she expected her vehicle. Initially she was told she could pick it up on December 24th, after calling on the 23rd, she learned it would not be ready until after the holiday. The reason for the delay was to complete the paint work, and there was a lack of communication.
