Sharon said when she got her vehicle back the navigation and heater were out. She brought the vehicle back to the business and they did not know what to say. She said they did something to do the wiring and she is not happy. The body work is amazing and Tom was very nice, he is unbelievably the best customer service, people's man. They said there is nothing they can do with the wiring and he said his guys did not work on the wiring. They did not promise her a completion date. She took her vehicle to another place and they said they did something to the wiring and she will be going to Lexus to see if they can help.
