Spoke with Michael, Mei's husband. Michael said he is not a completely satisfied customer because it was not a good experience and he would rate his overall experience with a 2. There were some problems. He was not satisfied with the quality of the repair. They fixed the door, but they did not fix anything else, not even the scratches. The insurance company paid $1,500, but they charged $2,500. This was a big difference in cost. As a result of this visit, Michael will not refer this shop to friends and family.

We have spoken to this customer. When he came in to drop off we mentioned that we would touch up some scratches around the vehicle. The advisor handling the claim had forgotton to do that before he picked up, it had just been an oversight on our part but we had contacted the customer to bring the vehicle back in so we can touch those scratches up for him while he waits. On the door, this was a blend panel repair only in which we do not fix the old damage on the door. This repair was paid by a third party and insurance was not involved. An insurance company only came out to view the damage in the event that the third party did not want to pay. We believe the customer did not understand the process in which the insurance works. We have since spoken to him and explained this so he now understands why the total cost was above the insurance companies original estimate.
