Janice said everything went smooth from the time the vehicle went in. The vehicle was completed 1-day earlier. However, the business failed to communicate its holiday hours so she wasn't able to get in on Saturday to retrieve the vehicle. As a result had to go 2 extra days without the vehicle. She has not seen the vehicle but mentioned her daughter said the vehicle looks really good. Also, the staff was very polite and helpful.
