Bryon said no one told him when the vehicle would be ready. He said the work was not done well, but he chose not to elaborate further. The business had his vehicle for a month and a half and they did not say why it took so long. He would not recommend this business for the above reasons.

When vehicle came in it had a lot of unrelated damage which the customer says was related to accident. The insurance company had denied the unrelated damage. Until this was sorted out we could not proceed with repairs. The repair work the customer states was not performed good was actually work performed at another shop previously and not the repairs we did here.
