Colleen said the vehicle had to brought back three or four times but now everything appears to be repaired properly. She is listening for a noise that was there when she picked it up but it appears to be gone now. The customer service was very good and Bob Brown was very helpful. The original estimated repair time was two weeks. The vehicle was at this business for more than thirty days because of insurance issues and parts. This business did not call to alert her to delays.
