Melanie said it took 9 weeks to get her vehicle back because a part kept being delayed. When she got her vehicle back it looked spectacular. It looked brand new. She said the person who helped her with everything wasn't a people person and when things started going South it was like pulling teeth trying to get information from him. She had to initiate contact after they had her vehicle for a few weeks. When they provided a rental vehicle she didn't call them anymore. They never set a due date. She purchased the vehicle and other vehicles from their sales department and she has no hard feelings against this business.
