Allison said this business was very responsive when she called them. They answered her calls right away. Her vehicle was brand new when she got into the accident but it does not look brand new anymore, which is not this business's fault. The vehicle logo was not snapped in completely even though they tried fixing it. She does not know if the logo was not snapped in completely when she purchased this vehicle or if was caused by the accident. A window they replaced is a little off, but it is not an issue for her. She has a lifetime guarantee on this business's work.
