Vicki said there was no promised time for her vehicle, though she said it took four weeks for the repair. When she received the vehicle again, there was a minor issue the business overlooked and she had to bring her vehicle back for it to be fixed. Michelle helped her a lot throughout the repair process. She also said the business told her a rental vehicle would be waiting for her, however when she arrived, she had to take a courtesy shuttle to the rental vehicle which made her late for work.
