Lucas said he worked with Brian, who did an outstanding job. Brian was extremely wonderful. He helped him understand everything that was going on and even helped him with the paperwork for the insurance company. He then took the time to give him advice on other repairs that might be needed. He was very calming and very easy to work with, which made this experience very easy. He had looked at the reviews online and they were great, so when he walked in, he could see into the cubicles and there were a lot of cards thanking them. There were drawings of people who had been in and were treated the same way.
