"Customer service is terrific."
My car did not sound right so I called Boulder Hyundai and asked if they could fit me in their schedule later that day. I do a lot of driving for my job, so getting the car fixed quickly was really important. They found a slot for me later that afternoon. A repair technician took a ride with me almost immediately to understand my concerns. After a quick inspection of my car the problem was diagnosed and described to me. They had the part in stock, and had me back on the road within an hour. They even vacuumed the carpet and washed my Sonata before delivering it to me! They treated me like a VIP.

I have always been pleased with the service work performed by Boulder Hyundai. However, this time, the Technician recommended a brake fluid flush. I had the work done, but, the cost of this service seemed to be at least 35% higher than average.

Good morning Jim,
Thank you for the wonderful review and comments. Our brake flush may differ from others. We have a machine that we connect to each brake caliper and completely power flush each brake line one at a time. We then remove all fluid from the brake master and continue to remove fluid through the bleeders at each wheel to make sure there is no dirty fluid left in the vehicle. This is not a fluid replacement using the pumping the brake method and releasing small amounts of fluid at each wheel. I understand that there are many ways to remove the dirty fluid. We feel that this method is more effective on removal of all deposits.
