"Tires, and then some"
Steve and the staff did a great job getting me in and out in a timely manner, even with an additional piece of work that they had to do. I thought I was just in for a tire change-over, but while they were doing that, they discovered something else that needed to be done. They let me know about it immediately, and took care of it while I waited. Terrific service!

"Friendly and very good staff"
Not only changed winter for summer tires (all purchased at Bourne's), but they repaired and reinstalled my rusted away back license plates for me, in a fast excellent serivce, exactly on time appointment. "Detailed tune up saves car!"
The Bourne team did it again -- when I brought my car in for a routine oils change and seasonal tire swap, the engine light had come on. The team found the issue and did the required work to fix the problem at a competitive rate!

"Hand Torque lug nuts?"
When I dropped off the car to have snow tires(mounted on steel wheels) removed and original wheels put on I gave them the lug nut torque specs too. 89 ft/lbs. I was surprised that the wheels were not hand torqued. I know this because I watched the entire process. When I asked about it they guy told me he was using a torque stick on the air tool that spins/releases at 100ft/lbs.
That is great. But what about using the proper specs that I purposely left you? He then went back in to the garage and came out with the torque wrench and hand torqued all the lug nuts. I don't know if he had it set to 89. But I think this should have been done without me asking; especially if I gave them the specific torque specs. Right? Do it once and do it right.

I believe I checked you in and I apologize for not getting a better understanding of what your expectations were. You did write the torque specs on the RO and I failed to transfer them to the tech's work sheet. We get very few requests to have wheels hand torgued and I didn't anticipate your expectaions.
