Chris Willis first is not a reliable mechanic. From his own words it took him HOURS to diagnose that my car was out of gas. There was an issue with the gauge/fuel pump/float. It appeared to still have gas. I left there and had to return a couple of week later because it was still not repaired. It was there for over 2 weeks...by now I have spent close to $1,000. After a couple of days it was blowing air out the tank when I attempted to get gas. I called him. I then called again multiple times with the SAME issue I had been having all along. I would fill up the tank and it would take over an hour for it to register in my tank. I didn't have another month to leave it with him so I kept driving and putting up with the poor fuel gauge. It finally quit again all together. I had no choice but to take it in. The diagnosis...something he had to have attached upon replacing the fuel pump had come loose. He never called to tell me there would be a charge. I assumed that he warrantied his work and went to pick up my car. He refused to let me have my car until I paid another $275 for his labor....on HIS error. I vowed to warn every person possible. He claims it was a different issue, but I have information showing how it IS related to his original work and SHOULD be warrantied. I was also within his original time and mileage warranty.
