"Denali Visit"
A few complaints: (1) no one called to tell me the vehicle was ready even though I had called, asked and been told they would get back to me; (2) charged me for 2.5 Gal of DEF even though I had just added 5.0 Gals. 80 miles earlier (Tank holds 5.3 gal, so there is either a big leak, or I was charged for unneeded DEF; (3) didn't reset oil life indicator (minor deal). Truck was kept from Monday until Friday morning, for an oil change and getting GM to reset a code related to the emissions system.

"Great Crew"
Unfortunately, I have recently had a rash of issues with my car. Fortunately, Brazelton Auto has been there to help! The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and reliable. They have consistently made a frustrating situation (car problems) easy to manage. I am so grateful to know they are there to help when needed!!!

"You guys are great, the Mercedes dealer who does warranty work is terrible"
Don't know if I would ever buy another Mercedes from you guys since the dealers treat your customers, in my opinion, like second class citizens
