Wonderful New Car Buying Experience - Friendly, Professional Staff
I scheduled my test drive via Brien Ford's web site and right from the first email correspondence with Brad I knew this was going to be a good experience. The test drive was great...Brad was so helpful, answering all my questions and was so patient with me. The finance part was also handled professionally and again, patiently since I had many uncertainties about extended warranties etc. Enter Brad again, he was so awesome in explaining my new 2014 Fiesta and it's many features before I drove it off the lot. 5 star experience and I have already recommended Brien Ford to other's. Thank you.
