My only negative comment is in regards to the finance department. I don't think this is Brien specific, but I really hate when the finance guy waits until you are signing paperwork to tell you about the "really important" maintenance plan or extended warranty you should buy. If it's really that important, bring it up while drafting up the different pricing and finance plans, not once the customer already has a purchase amount or monthly payment number in their head.
