Overall experience
The overall experience is what makes or breaks the relationship and drives the decision of future business. Everyone can safely say they would rather visit the dentist for a root canal over the new car buying experience. This is not the case at Brien Ford. Stephen, Brad and Ken are by far the best car team I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The professionalism, knowledge and honesty is top notch. They talk the talk and definitely walk the walk.
