"Matt Briggs - The Best"
If I could have added stars at the top to make it 10 or more I would have. I simply can't say enough about how much I enjoy using Brigg's Auto Service. Their quality is unmatched, service is second to none, best value for your dollar, and most of all the integrity of that entire organization is never compromised. I let everyone I know about how great they are, and won't ever stop using Brigg's Auto Service. Thanks for everything you have done for us!

Made an appointment to have my car worked on while I waited and they were ready on time and completed on time. Car was clean when done and no issues.

Trina said they were hard to communicate with. She had to call every time she wanted an update about her vehicle. They are not as friendly as they were before and their communication is now lacking. The new receptionist brings her children to work and has them play in the lobby. She said she feels like that is very unprofessional. She has some recurring issues with getting her vehicle to start up and every time she takes her vehicle to this business, they tell her a different part needs to be replaced. She would rather have all the work done on the same visit, instead of having her vehicle break down so it has to be towed to the business. She said she wishes they could provide a list of parts that will need to be replaced soon so she can know what to expect in the future. She will not recommend this business based on this experience.

"Responsibility and responsiveness"
When I called for an appointment, they immediately gave me one for that day because they had a cancellation (responsiveness). When they charged my A/C unit, one of the parts was bad and they lost all the refrigerant, which is expensive. They only charged for the broken part and the refrigerant that was charged into the system. They did not charge me for the escaped refrigerant (responsibility) I appreciated that very much
