Stanley said the staff provided quality workmanship. They kept him well informed, and he never had to call to be updated with status information. As a result, it was nice and he was glad they provided the detailed information. He has had 3 experiences with 2 vehicles in the last 2 years. Every instance, the work was first rate. The staff performed the repair service on time as promised. Karen, Frank, and the rest of the staff went out their way to make things work. The staff seemed like they cared, and they were customer friendly. The staff was excellent, and they took their time to speak with him. One thing he really liked regarding the level of repair services and support he received, the staff provided an excellent paint match service. They really looked after his best interests, and they kept costs down. The staff are good people.
