Bill said they did what they promised. They were friendly and they kept him informed. The quality of the parts was not as good. He said the vehicle was 6 days late due to parts issues. The issues were caused by insurance, but it would have been nice if they had informed him about the delay. He said he is not blaming the business because they did the best with what the insurance would let them do. He would highly recommend them.
