Garrett said the service was efficient but the business did not honor his request. He arrived with a full diagnostic report and knew what he needed to have done. The business ignored him and performed a diagnostic test. The test came out the same as the one he had done at another facility yet the business charged him over $100. He said he could not recommend the business due to this experience.

thank you garrett for the 4 out of 5 review. i`m sorry you feel  correcting your self repairs, done wrong, to be able to properly diagnose the problem was not the way to go. as far as a diagnostic report, never saw one! only you telling me a code! i`m very proud of my staff, who spent hours repairing your self repair, and being able to give you a proper diagnosis, which you received. i hope this helps you in the needed repairs of your vehicle. we are the proffesionals and there is a fee for our services. happy new year!!
