Buddy told me it would b up to $450 to repair A/C. I brought my car in the next day and had Eddie do the diagnosis. He told me it was going to be about $1300 to fix! He told me to call back by noon to give go ahead. I called back and told him to go ahead. About 1 1/2 hr. later i told him I had changed my mind. I offered to pay the $100 for the diagnosis plus $100 for the labor already done (taking the parts out and ordering new parts). He would only take $400 and was going to hold my car hostage so I paid him $1084 -a bit of a discount for all new equipment that I didn't really need) He would not let me contact Buddy. I had a mechanic look over the parts and I really only needed the blend door replaced and a gear in the motor. I won't ever go back

MS. POMERANTZ, I SORRY YOU WERE NOT SATISFIED WITH US. WITH MORE THAN 30 YEARS IN BUSINESS AND 4 THOUSAND CUSTOMERS I, WE HAVE DONE ALOT MORE RIGHT THAN WRONG. IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REMARKS, I PROMISE TO BE ABOVE BOARD AND ACCURATE. I RECALL YOU CALLING ME ON A SELF DIAGNOSIS FOR A PRICE, IF I ONLY DID WHAT YOU ASKED AND DID NOT CONFIRM YOUR PROBLEMS, I WOULD BE ACCUSED OF NOT DOING THE JOB PROPERLY, I`M THE PROFFESIONAL! I`M EDUCATED MORE THAN MOST IN MY FIELD AND IT IS LEFT UP TO ME TO TELL YOU WHAT WILL CORRECT YOUR PROBLEMS. IT`S OBVIOUS THAT WHAT WE DISCUSSED OVER THE PHONE WAS MORE ENTAILED THAT WHAT YOU HAD SUGGESTED WAS WRONG. WE DO NOT REPLACE GOOD PARTS, WE DIAGNOSE, TEST AND GET AUTHORIZATION TO REPAIR VEHICLES AND REPLACE DEFECTIVE PARTS `ONLY`. WE DO THIS BY HAVING THE PROPER EQUIPMENT,KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE TO DO SO. WHOEVER TOLD YOU, AFTER THE FACT, THAT THESE PARTS WERE NOT BAD IS ERRONEOUS. WE WENT THE EXTRA YARD TO HELP YOU WITH PRICING, YOU WERE NOT CHARGED FOR THE A.C. SERVICE THAT YOU AUTHORIZED AND SHOULD BE DONE ANNUALLY, WE DISCOUNTED $98.50, LAST BUT NOT LEAST, I AM MANDATED BY AAA TO WARRANTY ALL REPAIRS TWO YEARS OR 24K, BECAUSE OF THIS I USE OEM PARTS OR QUALITY EQUIVALANT TOO. OEM PARTS FOR YOUR VEHICLE SHOULD HAVE COST YOU OVER $880.00. YOU WERE CHARGED $718.00. WE TOOK PICTURES FOR YOU OF THE REPAIRS BEING PERFORMED AND OF THE DEFECTIVE PARTS THAT REQUIRED REPACING AND E-MAILED THEM TO YOU. ALL THIS TIME YOUR VEHICLE IS ON THE LIFT AND I`M UNABLE TO SERVICE OTHERS WHILE WAITING FOR YOU. YOU THEN AUTHORIZED REPAIRS THAT WE PERFORMED. I`M SURE EVERYTHING IS WORKING PROPERLY IN YOUR HVAC SYSTEM. WE ARE THE BEST AT WHAT WE DO AND VERY HIGH IN INTGERITY, I WELCOME ANYONE TO BRING ME YOUR OLD PARTS AND TELL ME THAT THEY ARE NOT BAD. I AM MOROSE THAT YOU DO NOT APPRECIATE WHAT WE HAVE DONE FOR YOU. I DID NOT CREATE THESE ISSUES WITH YOUR CAR BUT, WAS ASK TO FIX THEM AND THATS WHAT WE DID. ALL AUTHORIZED BY YOU!!. AS FAR AS WANTING TO TALK WITH ME, I TAKE ONE DAY OFF A WEEK AND MY STAFF KNOWS NOT TO CONTACT ME UNLESS THERE IS INJURY TO THEM. YOUR REVIEW WAS POSTED ON 8/17/14, WORK PERFORMED WAS ON 7/25/14. I HAVE BEEN HERE EVRYDAY EXCEPT FRIDAY AND HAVE NOT THE COURTESY OF A PHONE CALL BY YOU. SO IT APPEARS TO ME, AND IT`S HAPPENED BEFORE, THAT YOU WERE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF OUR GOODWILL AND TRYING TO GET SOMETHING FOR NOTHING WITH NO REGARD FOR OUR PROFESSIONALISM. I`M SORRY TO SAY YOU ARE NOT WELCOME HERE ANY LONGER! SO ON THAT, I KNOW WE ARE IN AGREEMENT.
