Todd said he had a bad experience with this business. He was overcharged and they did not do what he wanted done. Every time he chooses them, they always bump his price up due to other issues they have found. He was quoted $300 for a part for the master sensor, but it did not show up in the final estimate and it was a major part needed for his repair. Another windshield wiper was installed on the back window and he does not know why. Buddy left his check on the counter where someone else could pick it up, so he stuck it in the drawer himself. Another dealership ended up getting his vehicle up to par for him. It is for these reasons he would not recommend them for service.

MR STEELE, I`M TERRIBLY SORRY THAT YOUR NOT HAPPY WITH US. IN RESPONSE TO YOU ACCUSATIONS, FIRST AND FOR MOST, THE LONGER YOU WAIT TO REPAIR PROBLEMS OTHER ISSUE WILL OCCUR. IT`S A MAN MADE OBJECT. YOU ARE AN EDUCATOR AND WOULD EXPECT, OF ALL PEOPLE, YOU CAN FIGURE THAT OUT FOR YOURSELF. I LOOKED OVER APST SERVICE WORK AND DO NOT SEE ANY OF WHAT YOU MENTIONED ON UP SELLING. ONCE YOU STEERING COLUMN WAS BROKE AND WE REPLACED IT. NOTHING WAS SUGGESTED AT THAT TIME. YOU BLEW A HEAD GASKET AND WE FIXED IT AND ALL NECESSARY COMPLIMENTING PARTS. ONCE WE CHANGED THE OIL ALL DATING BACK TO 2012. I SEE NOTHING FOUNDED IN FACT IN REFERENCE TO UP SELLING YOU BUT ONLY DOING AS YOU ASKED AND AUTHIRIZED. I APPRECIATE THE FRUSTRATION WHEN YOUR AGING CAR REQUIRES SOME T.L.C. THIS LAST REPAIR WAS ALL REQUESTED BY YOU, WE DIAGNOSED PER YOUR REQUEST, ESTIMATED AND YOU APPROVED ALL REPAIRS! I`M CONFUSED, YOU ASK ME TO REPLACE YOUR REAR WIPER AND I DID SO? THE ONLY THING YOU DID NOT AUTHORIZE WAS THE REPLACEMENT OF YOUR BROKEN DRIVERS SEAT TRACK, SORRY!! I`M SURE IT`S STILL BROKEN AND UNSAFE! IT NEVER FEELS GOOD TO HAVE A CUSTOMER I HAVE TREATED WITH THE HIGHEST OF INTEGRITY AND FAIRNESS, FALSELY ACCUSE A #1 RATED FACILITY LIKE MINE. I TAKE THAT PERSONAL! I WISH YOU WELL AND HOLD NO HARD FEELINGS. AS LONG YOU CONTINUE TO NEGLECT YOUR VEHICLE EXPECT CHARGES TO INCCUR, EITHER BY ME OUR WHOMEVER YOU SHOULD ELECT TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CAR ISSUES. IF YOU SHOULD EVER REQUIRE MY SERVICES, THAT OF A PROFFESINAL, YOU ARE STILL WELCOME WITH NO HARD FEELINGS. I HOPE YOUR PHYSICAL ISSUES ARE GETTING HANDLED PROPERLY IT`S BEEN A LONG PROCESS FOR YOU. ONE LAST THING, I`M SORRY ABOUT YOUR CHECK! I HAVE A HABIT OF LEAVING MY REGISTER KEYS ON MY DESK, SO I WENT TO RETRIEVE THEM TO PUT YOUR CHECK AWAY, THANKS FOR THE HELP!!
