Douglas said his vehicle was returned 1 month later than promised, but chose not to elaborate on the reason for the delay. He added that the work was only supposed to take a day and a half. He was not happy with the quality of the work because the paint dripped from the seams where it was taped and they did not do a good job of taping it off. They called the insurance company so they could redo the paint, but he just wanted his vehicle back. He was not kept adequately informed and he had to call him for information on the status of the repairs. The last call he received from the business was to inform him that they were going to write a deductible for him. He would not recommend this business for the above reasons.

This vehicle was a vandalism claim. The total cost of repairs were $4,643.25. There is no way that this repair could be done within a day and half as customer stated. The insurance company had to come back out on this vehicle three times to finalize all repairs. The paint issue the customer is talking about is the way the insurance company wanted the repairs to be done. We explained to the insurance company it was the incorrect way to complete this portion of repair. The insurance company said if there was an issue they would deal with the owner. There was an issue with the owner the insurance company gave the owner the choise: they would pay us the correct way to rerepair the vehicle or would waive his deductible. The owner chose to take the money. We can not be held accoutable for this complaint it was between him and his insurance company. This vehicle was completed in 3 weeks.
