Christina said she rated the business so low because it took so long to get her vehicle back and she had to bring it back. She had to get a rental vehicle again and this time her insurance had to pay for it when the person who she got in an accident with, her insurance should have paid. She was supposed to get her vehicle back after 2 weeks and it ended up taking a month. She has been to the business 3 times and the last time there were different people. She chose not to elaborate about the communication. She is probably not coming back. For all of these reasons she would not recommend this facility to others.

The initial estimate was for $2,941.13 which would have taken about 2 weeks to fix. There was additional damages found which came to another $ 2,311.77 which delayed repairs for another 2 weeks.Total repairs were $ 5,252.90 and the customer was notified of this and new completion date was set. The repairs were completed by the new competion date. The owner did bring the vehicle back for a liftgate adjustment and then we found a crack in the picnic table. We adjusted the lift gate and ordered the picnic table, customer came back and we reinstalled it while she waited. With this type of extensive damage it is possible to have to make minor adjustments. People have to understand once a vehicle is torn down and reinspected for additional damage and there are additional damages found it will take longer to complete repairs. This vehicle was completed on time and within our and the insurance companies expectations.
