Ronald said he would rate his overall experience with this business a zero. He was not happy with the quality of the repair because they installed the wrong part. His vehicle was 5 days late. He was not contacted during the repair process and he was not kept updated on the status of the vehicle. He was not happy with the thoroughness of the person who prepared his estimate because there were no accommodations for the trips he had to make back and forth from this business. He was not happy with the way he was treated by the personnel because of this experience. He would not recommend this business to others because he had a very bad experience.
