Spoke with Kerry. She said she was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because they did not fully finish fixing the paint spots on her vehicle. She was not given a promised set date. She does not know why she was not kept informed. She was not satisfied with the person who prepared her estimate because the final price did not match up to the quote they gave her. The communication was horrible because they did not return any of her phone calls. The reasons mentioned are why she would not recommend this business.
