Art said it took too long to get his vehicle back. It took one month to get his vehicle back and it is still making a noise, so he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair. He would like the issue to be resolved. His vehicle was late because there was a parts delay and an insurance delay. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process, he had to call them. They did not call him. He will not recommend this business for the above reasons.
