Dan said something was missed with the initial inspection and he had to go back. He chose not to elaborate further. They told him to pick up his vehicle but the alignment was still off and he had to leave it an additional day. Normally they do great work and they did take care of the issue. He was not satisfied with the estimator because he is the one that did the inspection.
