Dorothy said her overall experience with them could've been improved, if they hadn't got paint on both of her side mirrors. Also her passenger's window was messed up when someone tried to break into her vehicle. This business didn't fix it. It won't roll down. They said she didn't report it to them. She knows she did. They must have not written it down. She wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process. She wasn't satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared the estimate. They left off repairing the passenger window. She had no shop communication.

When we diagnosed the window we found that someone had wired the window up, we called the insurance company and they denied the repair, needed a regulator, we did call the customer with an estimate and she declined it, she still said it happened in the vandalism. It appeared that the window regulator had been broke for some time.
