Robert said the repair took longer then he believed it was going to take. There's a scratch on the driver's side rear door. It took 22 days total and the reason for the delay was due to not being able to get parts. He said he was treated great by everyone except there was 1 employee that was rude when he called to get an update on the status of his vehicle. He hasn't heard from them for awhile and there were promises that weren't kept. It's been over a week and he hasn't heard back from this business about the scratch. Due to the problems he wouldn't recommend this business.
