Marjorie said the business did not restore her vehicle to the condition it was before the collision. They did not confirm any of the work with her before it was done. She has no idea as to the reason why her vehicle was delayed and it still is not fully repaired yet, so the delay reason is unknown to her as well. She also mentioned that the business had two numbers to reach her on, but only used her home phone number. The work has gone way down and when she purchases a new vehicle, it will not be a Cadillac. These issues affected her recommendation.
