Spoke with Melissa. She said she was somewhat satisfied, but not completely because she and Frank had to go back twice to have the vehicle detailed. The gentleman who sold them the vehicle was really nice about finding a time when the vehicle could be detailed. She was not completely satisfied with the delivery of the vehicle because it had to go back after the first detail. The windshield still had residue on it. She said it was probably from all of the stickers. She could hardly see through it. She said the business maintains two Hondas for her. She would recommend them to others, but she would also tell others to shop around. The business lacked the warmth of genuinely caring about what she and Frank were looking for. She said they seemed pretty superficial. She said it took too long to deal with the manipulation that is involved when purchasing a vehicle.
