good sales team, bad finance manager
The sales team, Dolan was very good, no pressure, very down to earth. Nick the assistant manager did a great job, getting the finance rate down and making it affordable. I bought a certified used vehicle, a rav4, 2012. The only problem I had was the finance manager at the end, going over the paperwork, he spoke too fast and was flying thru all the numbers, this may be old hat to him, but to me, this was going to be the payment and the deal that i'm dealing with every month when I pay the bills, it is a big deal to me. He didn't seem to care what the terms were or what they meant to me.. and extra $30 here or there... just sign here and here and here... I should of told him to SLOW DOWN or stand up and walk out.... I guess I felt the pressure of go, go, go...
