Love the comprehensive assessment and repair report
It is really nice to have found a car care center that seems to value me as a customer. I like your free assessment of the entire vehicle (no matter the original complaint) and the report of the findings. Also, i don’t feel as though you’re trying to pad the bill with it because you rate the suggested repairs with a system red, yellow and green that identifies the critical needs and the ones that can wait. I like the fact that you specialize in the makes of cars that we own too.
