Service counter people fumble
I waited in the lobby directly across from the desk. They knew I was waiting. I later discovered the car finished and parked i nthe lot. They never called my name. They called my wife's last name and did it so poorly I did not even recognize it. But there were only 4-5 customers in the whole place and I was in line of sight and they could not manage to find me. Poor. Also, I had to ask three times for a part back which they said they would return. Poor.

I am truly sorry for our lack of communication and follow thru. We are now in our new building and have put proceedures on place to prevent this from happening in the future.
