"The service and interest in me as a customer ( feeling important)."
It was my first time and you guys did make it slightly awkward when interacting throughout but overall you were very interested in making sure I was satisfied with the service and knew what was happening. I like that you email and am very glad to hear you send reminders for when my next oil change is due. I'm so bad at remembering (even with a stick right on the window) ! It was a pleasure to work with you and your location is convenient for me.

"New Tires"
Keith was very helpful in me picking out the right tires for my car and my needs. Once tires were installed, I had a small issue which they resolved quickly and at no extra charge. Thank you Central Auto Repair & Electric, Love love love you guys :)

"Okay service"
The people who were working that day were okay, when I got there for my appointment it took 20 minutes before someone came up front to even ask what I was there for. And he was the only one in the shop, I don't remember his name but kudos to him because he was holding the fort down while the other gentleman named Steve was gone on lunch. I really appreciate the gentleman going above and beyond who workednon my car. I usually have Matt, and he is great too.
