I am sorry that Troy gave us a low score for an issue that was not related to work we performed. He brought his truck to us to repair a leak. We found a fuel line leaking and replaced the line. He requested we change the filter in his transmission which we also did. A couple days later he returned stating his cooler lines were leaking transmission fluid. We informed him that we had not needed to touch the lines as the filter is replaced through the pan of the transmission. We offered to look at it for him and he said no, he could take care of it. He then brought us another truck for more work. We completed this work for him as well.
