Great Customer Service
I always appreciate when Chad Miller's place can fit me in their schedule when I have a urgent need. Recently, my radiator lost its fluid with my wife having to make a long trip in a few days. I got the van to Chad and his shop troubleshot the cooling system and found a faulty part. They replaced it, pressure tested it, and unfortunately, the new part was bad. They rushed to get another new part and replaced it again (the same day). Chad came to my house to pick me up (we only have one vehicle) and it was past their normal operating hours. I would say he was above and beyond what I was expecting in customer service. Thanks Chad
