Integrity & Honesty!
Chad not only made the repairs he said he would do, but the actual cost of the repair came in 20% lower than what he estimated. Some auto shops would have just used the original estimate! Thank you Chad for your integrity and honesty. By the way, I love your shop sign. I looks kind of 50-ish!
