Discount tire referred Chad for an alignment. Closed for the Thanksgiving weekend, I left a message on the telephone and also email to make an appointment. Both mediums were responded as soon as possible. Once at the appointment, Chad affirmed the service, welcomed and thank for my business. Kept me informed all that was proceeding and diagnostics. Heard him greet other customers and answering the phone with the same courtesy. Overall the business is professional, genuine and deserving of future patronizing for any vehicle service. Shop and lobby are clean and orderly. I could see the technician either assisting or confirming a procedure. Enthusiastically recommend to give them an opportunity to earn your business.
