Issues resolved
I came in for oil change. Upon walk through before maintenance work I pointed out a nail in tire. They said hey would take care of it. 45 min later they said car was done and safety inspection completed. Even went as far as saying tires looked great. I realized they left the nail in and even acknowledge to me thst they were afraid the tech would do that. After bringing issue up they apologized and put new tire on free of charge.

Thank you for the review.  I am sorry for the miscomunication about the tire while it was in the shop for repairs.  I have spoken to all of our staff members about this and apologize for the miscomunication.
