Unethical business practices
ZERO STARS for this dealership! They have NO respect for the time, money, or SAFETY of their customers.
They do shoddy work and send you on your way, with no regard for the consequences to their customer.

I apologize for what has happened again, we do care as I did call you and apologize on the phone the other day. There was a TSB for the codes that you came in with we performed the repairs and upgrade per TSB, technical service bulletin, I am sorry it did not repair the concern the first time. It is not our standard pratice to have a vehicle go out of our shop not repaired, we do care.
