The ONLY reason we bring our car back to the dealership and NOT to an independent mechanic is MICHAEL FOY. He knows cars and is diligent in the repairs.

The script that lists the departments on the phone is sickening sweet....get rid of it!

I sure MISS.... SKEE(sp) at your service desk....he was very efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable!
