"Normally a great place, but..."
I was having an issue with a fuse blowing when using the A/C on full blast. Claimed they tested it for over an hour on full blast and it didn't blow, billed me for $95. Five minutes into driving home, the fuse blew. No offer to look into it more, just an offer to be billed for more labor to look into the issue further. Only bad experience, though.

Jack, I have no problem refunding you. I wish that you would have called us first. I am sure we could have resolved the issue. Also we never charged you to repair the car. You were billed for the time that the technician spent checking the blower motor and wiring to that circuit. We would have gladly continued to work on the vehicle had you decided to leave it with us.
