I took my vehicle there to have the service technicians identify several issues I was having with my vehicle. In particular a noise that appeared to be coming from my front tires. I also had a recall performed. The recall was not an issue but I was given incorrect information regarding the tires. The service technician informed me that all four of my tires were cupped and that was the reason I heard the noise. I took the vehicle back to the place where I purchased the tires to find out that was not the case and the tires were not cupped at all.
