Jennifer said she was not completely satisfied with the quality of the body work or the quality of the paint work performed because the business painted her vehicle with contaminated paint that had a grey tint to it. She said when she came to pick up the vehicle she refuse to leave with it until they fixed the color. Her vehicle was one week later than promised due to them having to repaint it. She was not completely satisfied with with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel because they did not update her on the status of the repairs and when she would call to speak with a specific person she would end up speaking with someone else which made her feel like they were passing her off to each other and she thought it was very unprofessional. For these reason she would not recommend this business for service nor does she plan on returning to this business for repairs again in the future.
