Margret said they fixed the side of the vehicle which had been hit in a hit and run accident, and that was fine. After she got the vehicle back the trunk would not open. They fixed it but it did not work properly. She brought it back but Rick told her it was due to normal wear and tear, not the accident, and she would have to pay for the repairs to it. He had a condescending attitude but the rest of the staff was nice. She would not recommend them due to this experience.

Called owner to attempt to resolve issue. Spoke to her and told her that we would be happy to replace shocks and correct the problem at no cost to her.
